My "Summer of Love" sock in started about the third week of August with the Aug. STR kit. I commenced the original cast on that week. Loved the pattern, loved the yarn, and my socks were on the way to my sock drawer. Then, it seemed like a fabulous idea to make my DD#1 a pair to wear on her cold feet during labor. I finished that pair around the second week of Sept. and darling GD arrived the 30th of Sept. Then DD#2 saw them and the need for pair 3 came about. Anyway, all three pairs are now finished and ready to be worn and loved by all.Tuesday, October 23, 2007
no living fowl was harmed in the taking of this picture
I swear NO living fowl was harmed in the taking of this picture. I now remember why I knit two on two, because I thought I was never going to finish this last sock.
